Express Employment Professionals is looking for seasonal Line Cooks (entry-level and experienced) in Deerwood, MN for this summer season starting April 15 through November 30. Whether you’re brand new to the kitchen or already have experience, this is a great way to earn solid pay and build skills for the season.

Key Duties:

• Prep, cook, and plate food according to recipes and presentation standards
• Portion, peel, cut, wash, and mix ingredients as needed
• Ensure proper food labeling, rotation, and storage practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Requirements:

• Entry-level or prior food prep/line cook experience accepted
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• ServSafe Certification preferred – increases starting wage
• Must be available to work weekends (day shifts or afternoon shifts)
