Office Support/Customer Service
Located in Gardena, CA
Salary: $20.50 to $21.00 an hour
Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE/OFFICE SUPPORT reps for a logistics company in the city of Gardena, CA!
Schedule: Morning and night shift available (6AM or 3PM start time)
Pay: $20.50 to $21.00 an hour (depending on shift)
Employment Type: long-term, temp to permanent hire
Qualifications:
- 3 years office admin/customer service experience within a 3PL environment STRONGLY PREFERRED (retail or fast food experience NOT applicable)
- Strong data entry skills
- Fluent English required (Spanish is a plus)
- MS Office proficiency is a MUST
- Ability to follow instructions
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and address concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously identify service gaps, give recommendations and implement solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
- Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Work with supervisor/manager to execute initiatives to improve order fulfillment processes and increase efficiency
- Other tasks as needed or assigned (MUST BE ADAPTABLE)
