Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator.

Pay: $25/hr. 

Schedule: is 4on/4off, 12 hour shifts.  7:00 am to 7:00 pm.   

 

PURPOSE OF JOB

This role is an important part of maintaining a continuous supply of the Plant by safely and efficiently operating equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Job Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Gather and analyze information skillfully and with alternate solutions in mind when necessary

Ability:
• The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy;
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal).
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
