Temporary Community Outreach Materials Coordinator

 

Pay: $20.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement

 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a temporary position supporting a local community program by setting up and displaying outreach materials at various locations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned community locations to set up program materials.

• Upon arrival, ask for the designated contact person listed in your assignment documents.

• Professionally introduce yourself and explain that you are there to set up materials for a community program.

• If any issues arise at the location, immediately contact your supervisor for resolution.

  • Important: Do not leave the location if the staff are unaware of your visit or refuse the materials. Wait for your supervisor to clarify the situation with them.

• Set up outreach materials as instructed.

• Take 5–10 photos of the display setup following the provided guidelines.

• Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor throughout the day.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed)

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet expectations on-site

This is a temporary assignment, ideal for someone looking for flexible, short-term work while contributing to a meaningful community initiative.
