Key Responsibilities:

Manage print and direct mail jobs from intake through completion

Review and proof customer artwork and job specifications with a high level of accuracy

Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every project

Communicate professionally with customers, sales representatives, and production staff

Review revisions and ensure all changes are accurate before releasing jobs to production

Maintain complete and accurate job documentation


Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to follow structured processes and procedures consistently

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment


Preferred Experience:

Customer service experience in print, direct mail, or a related industry

Proofreading or prepress experience

Familiarity with job ticket systems or production workflows

Knowledge of variable data or mail processes
