Salary: $33,000.00-$100,000.00per year

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
30–40 hours per week
Combination of in-office, remote, and field-based work

Position Overview:

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, helping them find the right products and solutions for their projects

• Manage a mix of existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities within the community

• Work in a flexible hybrid role that combines office coordination with face-to-face client interactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and grow new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Meet with customers in person to understand needs, provide solutions, and close sales

• Track sales activity, follow up on leads, and consistently work toward monthly and long-term revenue goals

What This Opportunity Offers:

• Base + commission structure with $2,750/month guarantee and strong earning potential ($33,000 – $100,000/year)

• $1,000 signing bonus after successful completion of 90-day evaluation period

• Mileage reimbursement or fuel card, plus higher commission incentives for new account growth
