Business Developer/Outside Sales Representative
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Incentives + Car Allowance

Our Outside Sales Representative is someone who wakes up motivated to open doors, start conversations, and build lasting customer relationships. Our Outside Sales Rep develops multiple lines of business within a defined territory for our staffing agency. This role is for a professional who understands that great salespeople build their reputation in the field—not behind a desk.

- Prospecting consistently and opening new business opportunities
- Meeting customers and prospects face-to-face in your territory

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales strongly valued)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Organized with good follow-through
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to travel in your territory

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $45,000-$50,000 DOE base salary plus uncapped new client sales commissions and competitive performance bonuses. Car allowance, Weekly, Monthly, and Results-focused bonuses available.
