Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:
Monday – Saturday (6 days/week)
6:45 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM
Busy season: Up to 6:45 PM (overtime available)
Our company is seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor / Landscaping Crew Members to join our growing teams across multiple Northern Virginia locations. This is a full-time, outdoor role ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
Perform spring cleanup (edging, weeding, debris removal)
Apply landscaping chemicals as directed
Spread mulch and assist with seasonal planting projects
Operate landscaping equipment including:
Weed eaters
Push mowers
Ride-on mowers (summer season)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow crew leader instructions and safety guidelines
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Prior landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Employees may be eligible for promotion into Driver positions after a 3–4 month evaluation period
Driver roles offer increased pay and advancement opportunities
