Skills
Food preparation, cooking, and plating according to hotel standards
Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and kitchen hygiene practices
Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
Experience working multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry, prep)
Time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
Team communication with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house
Prepare and cook menu items and daily specials with consistency and quality
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas and equipment
Ensure all food is prepared and served according to brand standards
