Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales and Service Administrator to support daily operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Manage customer inquiries, answer questions, and follow up on issues while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Order Processing:
Accurately and timely enter and process customer orders, invoices, export documents, and credit card payments.

Data Entry & Accuracy:
Maintain high levels of accuracy with data entry, documentation, and daily administrative tasks.

Front Desk Support:
Serve as receptionist both in person and via telephone, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Documentation & Organization:
Scan, file, and maintain records of customer orders and invoices while ensuring overall office organization and upkeep.

Administrative Support:
Assist with general office duties, special projects, and additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry (minimum 40 WPM, 50+ preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Service-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
• Dependable and punctual
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
