A company in Johnstown is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their 2nd shift team! This role oversees personnel, processes, and inventory flow while ensuring company standards and service expectations are met.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise daily operations, including goal setting, performance reviews, hiring, training, and team communication
• Enforce safety programs and productivity standards while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, loading, unloading, and inventory transfers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage returns, vendor shipments, warranty paperwork, and outbound freight
• Operate power equipment (forklift) and serve as a backup driver as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior supervisory or operations experience is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations
• Ability to operate a forklift
