Salary: $16.00
Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping, cutting, and marinating
Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Assist with stocking, inventory control, and proper food storage
Support kitchen operations with prep work and additional duties as assigned
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
Ability to work weekends and holidays
