 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping, cutting, and marinating

  • Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently and in a timely manner

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly

  • Assist with stocking, inventory control, and proper food storage

  • Support kitchen operations with prep work and additional duties as assigned

  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

  • Team-oriented with good communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
