Our Wernersville area client is seeking Paving Foreman for a team of 6+ for a new opportunity! This is a career opportunity with a family owned and operated business that offers growth and competitive pay!

 

Paving Foreman

 

Pay: $25/hour+ depending on experience

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Friday (6am-4pm, some overtime required)

Location: Wernersville, PA

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervising a crew of 6 or more
• Managing projects so they are completed on time
• Calling out to plants to order asphalt
• Calculating materials needed for projects
• Hands-on work of paving driveways, parking lots, and other locations

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in asphalt paving (commercial parking lots, residential, etc.)
• Experience with Rollers and Asphalt Screed operating
• Proven leadership ability
• Problem solving and adaptable
• Must have basic math ability to calculate materials needed for projects
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand/bend/lift for entire shift, and able to work outdoors for the majority of the day
