Job Title: Solar Line Technician (2nd Shift) Location: Sparta, TN Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM Pay: $17.00/hour
Job Summary: We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team on the solar line. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and stacking solar panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare solar panels for processing
Inspect panels for quality and defects
Stack and organize panels according to specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and production guidelines
Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment
Dependable with good attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience required
