About the company:

This program is dedicated to providing positive experiences for youth volleyball participants nationwide. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations, helping us deliver exceptional service to players, vendors, donors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

  • Perform data entry, filing, copying, and faxing

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate events

  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence and reports

  • Maintain organized records and files

  • Assist staff with administrative tasks and special projects

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service and telephone skills

  • Computer literate; typing 45+ WPM; accurate data entry

  • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Reliable Transportation!
