We are looking for an Auto Mechanic for one of our clients.  The mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work with both modern diagnostic tools and traditional mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment

Repair or replace faulty components (brakes, engines, transmissions, steering systems, etc.)

Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential safety issues

Communicate repair needs and cost estimates to customers or service advisors

Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, HVAC)

Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment

Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

Manual dexterity and physical stamina

Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication and customer‑service skills

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an automotive technology program (preferred)

Prior experience in an auto repair shop or dealership
