Customer Service Representative

 

Pay: $18-$20/hour depending upon experience

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Wyomissing, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Service customer requests via phone or email to generate and send out quotes for different orders
• Prepare proposals accurately, enter orders promptly, provide project planning activities
• Provide recommendations and technical assistance and service to customers
• Build on customer relationships to provide continuing business

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 3-5+ Years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret customer requests and materials for parts
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, not required
