Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Shifts
Location: Multiple Hospital Locations Across Florida
Job Type: PRN (As Needed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis across various hospital settings in Florida. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling while maintaining high standards of patient care. PRN nurses will work 12-hour shifts based on staffing needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Florida RN license

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in your specialty area (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)

• Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on specialty)

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hospital environments

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts available)

• Flexible PRN scheduling based on facility needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous travel or PRN nursing experience

• Additional specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, TNCC, PALS)
