Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Installation Helper / Renovator to assist with renovation, installation, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and mechanical abilities and experience with a variety of repair and installation work. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and handle multiple types of renovation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation and renovation projects
Perform plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical work as needed
Conduct painting, finishing, and surface preparation
Install and repair tile and sheetrock (drywall)
Perform basic appliance and equipment repairs
Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in safe and organized condition
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Experience with plumbing, electrical work, painting, and finishing
Knowledge of tile installation and sheetrock installation/repair
Ability to perform basic appliance and equipment repairs
Strong technical and mechanical skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Schedule:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Work Environment:
Indoor and outdoor renovation projects
Hands-on, physical work
