Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with experience in digital marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and brand positioning

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships count)

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
