Key Responsibilities:
✔ Invoice processing & daily billing✔ Matching POs, freight & sales orders✔ Uploading manifests & documents✔ Answering and directing incoming phone calls✔ Assisting customers at the front desk✔ Handling credit apps & cashbox✔ General office & clerical support
Qualifications:✔ Strong customer service & phone etiquette✔ Excellent organization & data entry skills✔ High attention to detail✔ HS Diploma or equivalent✔ Electrical distribution experience a plus
