We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be directly involved in the assembly and production of premium windows for residential and commercial applications. You will work primarily with pre-cut/pre-fabricated vinyl, aluminum, or fiberglass profiles, hardware, seals, and other components to build complete window units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble window frames, sashes, and complete units according to production specifications, blueprints, and standard work instructions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, welders (if vinyl), screw guns, punches, routers, end mills, and other light manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Measure, cut (where applicable), position, and secure frame profiles, reinforcements, weatherstripping, seals, balances, locks, hinges, and hardware
  • Install and align operating components (e.g., sashes, rollers, tracks, operators/crank mechanisms)
  • Work with computers, tablets, or shop floor terminals to input production data, scan barcodes/components for tracking, retrieve digital assembly instructions/work orders, and log completed units or quality checks
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure units meet company standards for fit, function, appearance, and performance
  • Inspect incoming materials and outgoing finished windows for defects, accuracy, and completeness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and lean manufacturing principles
  • Assist with material handling, staging of parts, and moving completed units to the next stage or shipping area (may involve lifting up to 50 lbs regularly)
  • Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly production targets and quality goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-training on different production lines/stations as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, or a related hands-on field is a plus — but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints, work instructions, and measurements (tape measure proficiency required)
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Reliable transportation and good attendance record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or different shifts as production needs require

Preferred Skills (not required)

  • Prior experience in manufacturing
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Experience with quality inspection processes
  • Basic computer skills
