Express Employment of Longview is hiring an apartment makeready to prepare vacated apartments for new residents by performing basic repairs (like painting walls and repairing minor fixtures), and maintenance tasks such as changing locks, replacing blinds, and ensuring appliances are functional. This role involves following checklists, coordinating with the maintenance team, and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas to ensure units are move-in ready and meet property standards.

Key Responsibilities
o Unit Preparation:
Conduct post-move-out inspections, complete checklists to identify necessary repairs, and perform cleaning and trash-out duties.
o Repairs and Maintenance:
Perform minor repairs, including patching holes in walls, painting, replacing ceiling fans, and replacing parts for sinks, shower heads, and appliances.
o Appliance and Fixture Work:
Assist with the removal or replacement of appliances and change locks on units for new residents.
o Groundskeeping:
Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and breezeways by picking up trash and performing general cleaning and pressure washing.
