Night (2nd) Shift Warehouse Loader

Hourly Rate: $16.00+ (DOE) Temp to Hire Role
Schedule: Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Monday-Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m (Hours may vary based on business needs and seasonal workload demands.).

The Night (2nd) Shift Warehouse Loader is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe loading of delivery trucks to support on-time, damage-free customer deliveries. This role plays a critical part in warehouse operations by organizing materials properly, maintaining a clean and orderly shipping area, and supporting overall team productivity and safety standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Pull materials and verify customer orders for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare trucks for loading and staging
- Load boxed and yard materials using forklift, pallet jack, or manual handling as required
- Remove materials from trucks and place them in designated areas as directed
- Assist team members with truck loading as needed
- Ensure loads are positioned to allow drivers to secure materials safely and efficiently
- Clean trucks after loading to remove handprints, streaks, and debris
- Maintain an organized yard and orderly shipping dock
- Stack Q4 chambers and end caps appropriately
- Return pipe and other materials to proper storage locations in an orderly manner
- Consolidate broken material bundles when necessary
- Remove pallets and trash from dock areas and empty trash daily
- Promptly report equipment, truck, or safety issues to the Night Supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Night Supervisor or Management 


Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Forklift and/or heavy machinery experience required
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, is required.
