Duties for the Manufacturing/Machinery Support are:

• Machinery Support & Assembly: Work directly alongside and in support of production machinery, handling assembly tasks that include working with tubing, screws, bolts, and various components requiring steady hands and consistent manual dexterity throughout the shift.
• Production Floor Operations: Actively contribute to a fast-paced production environment by supporting daily manufacturing operations, keeping up with station demands, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Physical & Hands-On Work: Regularly lift and move materials up to 50+ lbs, perform repetitive hands-on tasks, and maintain focus and productivity throughout the shift in an active manufacturing setting

Requirements for the Manufacturing/Machinery Support include:

• Experience & Work History: Prior production or assembly experience preferred, with a strong and verifiable work history that demonstrates reliability, consistency, and a commitment to showing up and getting the job done.
• Attitude & Flexibility: Must bring a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn, and be willing and available to work overtime on Fridays as needed to support production demands.
• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift, with the dexterity and focus needed to work confidently with small components, hardware, and machinery.
