Job Summary

OTICS USA, a leading automotive manufacturer in Morristown, is hiring reliable Production Associates for immediate openings on 1st and 3rd shift. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with consistent overtime and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment safely
Load/unload parts and components
Perform quality checks on finished parts
Maintain clean and organized work area
Follow all production, safety, and quality standards
Work OT as scheduled (mandatory based on production demand)

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Stand for 8–12 hour shifts
Good attendance and communication
Steel-toe shoes required
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant)

Shift Details

1st Shift: $16.00/hr
3rd Shift: $16.80/hr
OT Pay: After 40 hours
