Rate: $17-$20/hr based on experience

Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture complex, high-precision parts for military aircraft.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM programs to ensure accurate production.
Monitor and inspect machine operations, ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the process.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Adjust machine settings as needed for different materials and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Ensure all parts meet strict quality specifications and are delivered on time.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safety-conscious work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a 5-axis CNC Machine Operator
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming and machine setup.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials, especially in high-precision environments.
Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
