Inside Sales Representative

A growing supplier of construction equipment and industrial products is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on helping customers find the right solutions, providing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Location: Needham, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person

• Provide product guidance, pricing, and order support

• Make outbound calls to develop new business and support existing accounts

• Follow up on quotes and customer requests to drive repeat business

• Collaborate with warehouse and operations to ensure timely fulfillment

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

• Assist outside sales team and branch locations as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support in construction, industrial supply, or related industries

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach

• Ability to understand technical product specifications and recommend solutions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
