Paver Operator

Located in Sanford, NC

Salary: $18-$25

 

We are looking for several Asphalt Crew Members to work with a well established, family owned asphalt paving company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials, using trucks, rakes, or related equipment.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform necessary work while complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required or directed by their immediate supervisor or other manager.

 

Requirements:

 

• At least 2 years of paving experience
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Be able to work overtime when required.
• Must have strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Communication skills; Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
