We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associates to join our team at a fast-paced online fulfillment center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Ideal candidates are dependable, efficient, and committed to maintaining quality and speed in every order fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners or order sheets

• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping

• Verify items picked and packed match order requirements (SKU, quantity, condition)

• Label and prepare orders for shipment following company and carrier guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment as needed

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer or scanner skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if needed
