Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager on behalf of a reputable construction company. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative jobsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the jobsite

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans

• Monitor cost performance and track project milestones

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and key stakeholders

• Support daily jobsite operations by proactively identifying and addressing challenges

• Ensure compliance with company safety programs and policies

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies

• Prepare and maintain accurate project reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience

• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

• Solid understanding of construction processes and cost control practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
