A growing manufacturing company in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a fast-paced production environment.

Safety training
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment
Maintain all manufacturing machinery and plant systems to minimize downtime
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Complete machine repairs and facility maintenance
Review and respond to maintenance request forms daily
Conduct weekly plant inspections
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Evaluate repair effectiveness and ensure quality workmanship
Support general plant upkeep and assigned repair projects

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Trade school certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or machine repair
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Electrical systems (required)
Industrial machine repair (required)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
Knowledge of:
VFDs and PLCs (preferred)
General carpentry and facility repair
Forklift experience (preferred)
Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Lift up to 70 lbs
Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
Hands-on, labor-intensive work environment
2nd or 3rd shift available
8-hour shifts
On-call rotation (weekends)
Overtime may be required
Industrial / manufacturing setting
