Job Summary:
A well-established local company is seeking a motivated and outgoing Counter
Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our winning team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, a solid background in warehouse operations, and a working knowledge of electrical supply parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter and over the phone
Generate accurate and timely quotes for customers
Assist customers with product selection and offer knowledgeable recommendations
Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Coordinate purchasing and manage stock levels as needed
Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in counter sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of electrical supply parts and components (REQUIRED)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to lift and move products as needed
Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer applications
