Welder/Fitter | $20–$24/hr | Medina, OH | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Welder/Fitter looking to join a team that builds high‑quality, heavy‑duty custom equipment? This full‑time position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on fabrication, takes pride in precision work, and thrives in a busy shop environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Read and interpret detailed shop drawings
Build, clamp, fit, and tack‑weld metal components
Perform MIG welding (3G certified or able to weld vertical‑up on 3/8" plate + pass a bend test)
Work on custom fabrication projects across various job shop equipment designs
Maintain your own mechanic‑style hand tool set
Ensure quality, accuracy, and safe work practices

✔️ Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of fitting experience
3G MIG welding certification + at least 1 year of MIG experience strongly preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in custom fabrication or job‑shop environments
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

⭐ Preferred Experience

Fabricating heavy‑duty custom equipment
Additional welding or fabrication safety certifications

⏰ Schedule & Pay

$20–$24/hr based on experience
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

🔧 What You Need to Bring

Steel‑toe boots/shoes (eligible for 50% boot reimbursement after 1 year)
Basic mechanic‑style hand tools (hammer, wrenches, squares, etc.)
All major tools + PPE (gloves, glasses, etc.) are provided
