Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a growing industrial equipment company in Odessa, FL. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with incoming customer inquiries, no cold calling required. This Inside Sales Representative role focuses on helping customers identify the right industrial products, preparing quotes, and closing sales while building strong client relationships.

Pay & Schedule:

$20 per hour + monthly commission
Overtime paid after 40 hours at 1.5x regular pay
Potential for quarterly and year-end performance bonuses

Monday – Friday schedule
Shifts available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Full-time position

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails
• Identify customer needs and recommend industrial products
• Prepare quotes and enter orders into the system
• Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
• Provide post-sale customer support
• Maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Work toward monthly sales goals and commission opportunities

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills

 

Preferred Experience:

• Call center experience
• CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial products
• Bilingual

 

Hiring Process:

Candidates will complete a typing test (minimum 30 WPM) and a short assessment including basic filing and math questions before interviewing with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
