Counter Customer Service Rep - Bilingual Preferred

Pay: $17–$18 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Counter Customer Service Rep to support daily front-counter operations. This role requires someone confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of customers while maintaining excellent service. Strong bilingual communication skills and good memorization abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the sales/service counter with orders, questions, and product needs

  • Answer phones and provide accurate information in a professional manner

  • Perform basic computer tasks and data entry for orders and customer records

  • Interact confidently and professionally with customers in a busy environment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready counter area

  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish is a plus

  • Memorize product information, pricing, and common customer needs to improve service efficiency

  • Provide friendly, efficient service while following company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Customer service or counter-sales experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

  • Strong memorization skills and the ability to retain product and process information

  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and confident with all customer interactions

  • Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full 7:30am–4:30pm schedule
