Salary: $16.00

This position handles incoming telephone calls, email responses, voicemail checks throughout the day, and occasional in-person customer support. Most communication is web-based, via email, and by phone, with limited face-to-face interaction.

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
  • Training period (first 3 months): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Post-training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Interact directly with customers via phone, email, web channels, or in person
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, questions, and complaints
  • Collect and assess information to resolve issues effectively
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team member or department
  • Document inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Follow up on customer interactions to confirm resolution
  • Process product returns

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

  • Proactive mindset to suggest improvements (e.g., to website content, FAQs, or other communications)
