Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio client company is looking to hire a Counter Sales/Customer Service Representative in the San Antonio area for a long-term, temp-to-hire position. This role offers excellent potential for the chosen candidate to transition into a permanent role within the organization. Compensation for the position will be $18/hour, and work hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Essential Functions for the Counter Sales/Customer Service Representative include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
• Providing guidance on product options and services
• Handle inquiries across multiple channels (phone, in-person, and online)
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, confirm pricing details, and finalize
• Maintain inventory awareness
• Deliver exceptional service
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues
• Handle payments: Cash, Credit Card and Check

What we’re looking for includes:

• Bilingual – Spanish/English – highly desired
• Minimum one-year experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
• High school diploma or GED
• Sage 100 experience a plus
• Must be highly proficient with Excel and Proficient with Outlook and Word
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and adaptable approach
