Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN
Location: Cutler Bay Area

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis at our Long-Term Care facility in the Cutler Bay area. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality, respectful care to residents and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Available Shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff

• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

• Document care provided according to facility policy

• Provide compassionate and respectful interaction with residents and families

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Florida

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work PRN/flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
