Commercial Account Manager - Insurance $80,000-$90,000

Our growing insurance company is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance clients
• Proactively review client policies and coverage needs, making recommendations to optimize protection
• Negotiate renewals and policy changes with underwriters to ensure competitive pricing
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand coverage for existing clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate new commercial insurance leads

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial account manager or commercial insurance producer
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to understand client needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and the local market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
