$25 – $32 per hour (DOE)

A growing company in Huntington Beach is seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the business owner and leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who can work autonomously, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

As the company continues to grow, this person will play an important role in ensuring priorities stay on track, communication stays organized, and administrative functions support the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the business owner and leadership team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle professional email correspondence and communication
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Communicate with vendors and customers on regular basis
  • Organize files, maintain records, and manage documentation
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with project tracking
  • Support office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and logistics
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as the company grows
  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to keep the business moving forward

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing business environment
