As a Server at the hotel’s restaurant/bar you’ll be a key part of the food & beverage team, delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable. The position typically involves working a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Greet guests courteously and professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to tables according to hotel/service standards.
Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and recommendations.
Process customer payments and close out checks.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant area, tables, service stations, and equipment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure timely service.
Experience: Typically at least 1 year in a similar server or customer-facing role.
Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Active, guest-service oriented setting in a hotel restaurant/bar.
