Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Batching / Mixing Associate. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials according to production formulas and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to production formulas and batch sheets

• Follow work orders and production instructions to prepare batches accurately

• Operate mixing, blending, and batching equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality of product

• Record batch information and maintain accurate production documentation

• Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies in materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with material handling, including moving raw materials and finished products

• Support inventory counts and production operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in batching, mixing, production, or manufacturing

• Ability to follow written instructions and production formulas

• Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Comfortable working in a production environment
