Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Production Assembler / Cable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products according to customer specifications, operate cable cutting machinery, and ensure production quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read work orders, production drawings, and sample assemblies to understand job requirements
• Interpret customer drawings and assemble products according to specifications
• Set up and operate cable cutting machinery according to spec sheets
• Use basic measurements and conversions (inches, feet, meters) to ensure accurate cuts and assembly
• Adjust machinery and tools as needed to maintain production quality
• Identify and report defective materials or products according to company procedures
• Perform basic autonomous maintenance on equipment used during production
• Work collaboratively with team members on the production line
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and pulling materials from storage racks
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred
• Ability to read basic production drawings or work orders
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use measuring tools and understand measurement conversions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
