Warehouse Supervisor

Located in Winona, MN

Salary: $24-$26

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a warehouse supervisor for a local company. 

 

Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm + occasional 2nd shift coverage and Saturday OT as needed. 

Pay: $24-$26/hour

 

Must have strong knowledge of all aspects of warehouse and receiving processes with 3 years of experience in similar type role. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including staffing, training, and employee development. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities within the assigned area or shift to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

 

Provide ongoing operational analysis and insights to support recommendations for process improvements, system upgrades, and new initiatives that align with business needs.

 

Supervise warehouse staff and manage the day-to-day operations across all warehouse areas.

 

Monitor equipment usage and maintenance while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies, and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.

 

Physical and Equipment Requirements: 

 

Walk, bend, twist, turn/pivot, stoop, crouch, kneel, and stand as job requires, and stand in one place for extended periods of time.  Climb step stools, ladders and stairs. Strong Eye Hand Coordination and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 

 

Computers, calculators, picking carts, taping equipment, price changing equipment and copiers.
