🛠️ What You’ll Do

This is a cross‑trained position — you may rotate through different departments depending on workload and skill level, giving you the chance to learn and grow.

Daily tasks may include:

• Building and framing cabinets using hand and power tools
• Constructing and assembling doors and components
• Sanding surfaces by hand or with mechanical sanders
• Applying stain manually for a custom, high‑quality finish
• Spraying finish coatings in a controlled booth
• Final assembly of cabinet components into finished products
