We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support a busy manufacturing and packaging operation in Chicago. This role involves assisting machine operators, running production equipment, material handling, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Ideal candidates are hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Shift 

Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, paid lunch, occasional OT 2-4 hours/day

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup, material loading, and monitoring production runs.
• Operate production machinery (cutting, gluing, die-cutting, labeling) as trained.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Safely operate a forklift to move pallets, corrugated materials, and production supplies.
• Perform quality checks to ensure packaging and components meet specifications.
• Stage materials for upcoming production jobs and maintain organized inventory areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all safety protocols.
• Support daily production goals and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required or willingness to complete certification.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable learning and operating industrial machinery.
• Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork skills.
