AEROSPACE QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) ENGINEER/DIMENSIONAL INSPECTOR NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!  CALL MARIA AT 661-775-2570

 

1. Design/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering, Supplier Q.A., Machine Shop/Welding support, Calibration, and Inspection of Aircraft Mechanical Accessory Class1 component parts.
   Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
2. Receiving Inspection and Quotation of incoming customer parts, Receiving Inspection of ACR Repair Orders, In-process Inspections, and Final Inspection activities required.
3. Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and Magnetic Particle Inspection Level II Certification Experience Desired.  The Successful candidate will be trained and certified, as necessary.
4. Implementation of Regulatory Requirements and Customer Provided data.
5. Machine Shop and Inspection procedures development and implementation.
6. Implementation of technical specification procedural requirements within Manufacturing and Inspection.
7. Hazardous Materials regulatory compliance and recycling.
8. Customer and Supplier warranty return evaluations, shop support, and continuous process improvements.
9. Shop Traveler development for customer repairs, warranty corrective actions, and material fabrication.
10. Purchasing, traceability, and inventory control of aircraft repair parts, shelf-life materials, and raw materials.
11. Customer, Internal and Supplier audits.  AS 9100/ISO 9001 or equivalent audit experience desired.
    Lead auditor experience a plus.
12. MS Windows Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access capable.
13. Experience working with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparator, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Surface Tester, and Inspection measuring equipment desired.
14. Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnet Particle Inspection Level II NDT Experience a plus.
15. N/C and/or CMM Programming a plus. 
16. F.A.A. Airframe / Powerplant (A&P) Certified Mechanic a plus.
17. Some travel required.
