What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage customer communication, schedule service appointments, and maintain accurate customer/job data
• Dispatch technicians efficiently, coordinate site access/details, and respond to urgent service needs
• Support administrative and operational tasks including invoicing, work orders, service agreements, and compliance documentation
• Track job progress, review technician notes, provide status updates, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For:

• Customer service experience required; background in HVAC or a related industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
