This full‑time role blends facility maintenance as the primary responsibility with occasional delivery support using a 26’ refrigerated box truck (no CDL required). Ideal for someone with strong maintenance experience and solid leadership abilities who enjoys a dynamic workday.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Maintenance (Primary Function)
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on facility equipment
- Support preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
- Assist with inspections, adjustments, and basic machine repairs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Provide guidance or supervision to junior team members (leadership experience a plus!)
🚚 Delivery Support (Secondary Function)
- Safely operate a 26’ refrigerated box truck (no CDL needed)
- Complete local deliveries as needed
- Load/unload materials safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff
- Ensure truck cleanliness, safety, and readiness
✔️ Qualifications
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or facility repair
- Ability to operate a non‑CDL box truck
- Solid driving record
- Able to lift/move materials as needed
- Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented
⏰ Schedule & Pay
- $25–$35/hr (based on experience)
- Full‑time | Approx. 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- CDL not required
